The York Art association Photography Group meets on the first Thursday of each month to discuss all aspects of photography.
As part of the monthly meeting, members show their work based on a specific theme. A general discussion follows to provide positive feedback and additional insight to each work. Each photographer is asked to bring in one, exhibition quality work representing the theme of the month.
This Month's Theme:
Each month, a member of the photo group leads a discussion on a chosen topic.
This Month's Discussion Topic:
Kenneth Gilbride has volunteered to lead the group. Ken has been photographing people, places, and plants for over 25 years. Ken's primary goal for the YAA photo group is that group members all become better photographers through sharing ideas, experience and knowledge. He'd also like the group to be a fun experience and to challenge its members.
