Second Annual Judged Fiber Art Show

June 3 – June 26

Opening Reception:  Sunday, June 5, 2-4 PM 

All Fiber Artists are welcome to submit

Including:  Quilts, Rug Hooking, Weaving, Wearable Art, Fabric Painting, and Soft Sculpture 

Judge:  Wen

Redmond

          Nationally known Fiber Artist, member of League of NH Craftsmen, and   Professional Studio Art  Quilt Assoc.  Wen’s work is represented in numerous publications and  

Art Galleries .  (Judging will be based on Artistic Value, Workmanship and Originality)

 

Guidelines for submitting work are:

• Work must be in one of the above categories.
• Piece must not exceed approximately 200 inches in circumference
• Must have been completed  within  the last three years by the submitting artist.
• There is a limit of 3 works submitted per member or non-member of YAA.
• The work must be for sale with 30% of the proceeds going to YAA.
• Work must have sleeve on back with dowel, or proper support for hanging or display.
• The Entry Fee includes up to three pieces of Art Work: YAA Members $10, Non-Members  $18.
• There is no guarantee that a piece will be accepted into the show and the entry fee is not refundable.

DROP OFF DATES FOR ARTWORK:     Tuesday   May 31, 5 -7 PM;   Wednesday  June 1,  5-7PM

PICK UP UNACCEPTED WORK:             Friday   JUNE 3,    5-7PM

PICK UP ALL ACCEPTED WORK AFTER THE SHOW: Sunday  June 26, 5-7 PM; Monday  June 27,  5-7 PM
