MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
- Keep an accurate record of YAA members in good standing.
- Before each mailing of all newsletters generate a set of labels
of members from the member database (Artist, associate members, other art associations, York Historical Society, Senior Center, news media, etc. plus unpaid members from last year.).
- Print out an updated list of all members with clear identification of who has paid for the year.
- When there is a show use this list to determine who is eligible to enter. Entrants who are non-members might have to pay a fee OR some artists can pay their annual dues at the same time they enter a show)
