VICE PRESIDENT

Assist the president in carrying out the mission of the York Art Association, as stated in the Board of Directors Handbook.
He/She must also be prepared to take over the duties of the president if the president, due to illness or emergency, is unable to perform the duties of his/her office.
Attend and participate in monthly board meetings.
He/She is substantially involved in the associations’s major fund raisers, such as the Annual Art Auction and Art in the Park.
Contributes in some meaningful way to the general functioning of the organization.
