Our exhibition gallery is able to provide tables and chairs, plus a comfortable capacity for 40 to 50 persons.
There are limited kitchen facilities. For further details regarding the kitchen's limitation, caterers and availability | please contact Creda Beaulieu, YAA's office manager.
The hourly rate is $50.00 for nonmembers and $40.00 for members.
Liability insurance is needed. If you or your company does not have liability insurance that would cover an event in a rental space, please click here to purchase one day liability insurance. ABSOLUTELY NECESSITY.
Upon completion and YAA's receiving of the liability insurance document, the rental agreement is drawn up with the following information needed:
Name and address of the Lessee. a cell phone number for emergencies. (Lessor: York Art Association)
Dates and times of permitted use
The applicable rental fee
A 50% deposit is needed within 60 days of the event. Payment in full within 30 days of event.
In case of cancellation, a full refund of monies within 30 days of the event, minus administration fees.
Any cancellations there after are non refundable.
